what a level results do i need to go to university for fine art?
im in a bit of a pickle. I am doing my a levels at the moment, i am doing art, product design and biology, i am only in my first year about 3 months in (its not too late to change to college or change courses if need be)... but my heart lies in going to university for the fine art, how am i too do this? What grades should i be aiming for to go to a university in england? please help :) thanks.

- Certainly aim for an A in Art, but to be honest so long as the other A-levels are decent (A - C grade) you should be ok. Your portfolio is more important than your grades with almost any practical art based subject at uni, be it fine art or even design. They want to see that you're very creative and have potential. Also if you chose an honours degree, you have to write a dissertation, so a good GCSE English grade is also quite important. You have plenty of time, I suggest researching uni's offering Fine Art (your tutor should be able to help with that), and see what their individual selection criteria are. Good luck.
