Anything for abstract art.

  1. You are asking for personal opinion here so I'll give you mine. I think oils are the best paints for abstract or any other kinds of art work. Watercolour is just happy accident but sometimes unhappy and acrylics leave me cold.
  2. Any kind of paint is ok for abstract art --actually, whatever medium you prefer is ok for any kind of art---realistic, abstract or non-objective.
  3. Acrylic.paint. No doubt about it. It dries instantly and can be layered. It can also be thined out with water to look like watercolor. Have fun!
