how long does it take to recieve a scholarship fo the otis summer of art program?

I refgistered and applied for the scholarship,followed the correct directions. The deadline was april 29. Its been a few weeks. should i call or will they get mad. by the way I'm in high school. any experiences.

1. They won't get mad, but I would expect it to take several more weeks at least before they make that decision. Keep in mind that this is a horribly busy time for most schools, so if they got the applications in by April 29, give them a few weeks to open them, then the committee which makes these decisions probably won't meet until next week, and they may have a decision by June 1 at the earliest. If you are polite about it, rather than acting annoyed for not having heard, they should be fine (say something like, "I was just following up on my application for the ____ scholarship, and I was wondering if any decisions had been made yet."
